Catelyn Millar
Catelyn started her yoga journey in 2015 and has deepened her knowledge and practice at Folk Yoga School in San Francisco. From her perspective, practicing yoga has the power to bring us into a more balanced state, and overtime allows us to come into more harmony with ourselves. Originally from San Diego, she has created a home for herself in the beautiful Bay Area for the past 5 years, currently residing in San Francisco. Catelyn’s passion for yoga extends far beyond her asana practice — after completing her Bachelors Degree in Philosophy in 2023, she has continued to honor her love of ancient wisdom through studying the Yoga Sutra. Catelyn’s approach to teaching yoga is in recognizing the strength and boundaries each body brings to the mat, and she encourages students to find their perfect practice by offering both challenges and modifications. She welcomes students of all experiences to come to her class as they are — and prepare to enjoy the collective and conscious energy we will create!

Carley McCalister
Carley is a certified yoga teacher with a background in research science and a deep curiosity about how the body actually works. Her classes are grounded in anatomy, breath, and the science of the nervous system: intentional movement that guides students' understanding of what they are feeling and why.
She brings the same attention to detail she applies in the lab into the studio. Her vinyasa and slow flow classes are designed to be accessible and unhurried, with clear cues that invite students inward rather than push them toward performance. The goal is simple: leave feeling more at ease than when you walked in.

Irina Khokhlova
I am a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training based in New York and San Francisco,
I am a filmmaker by passion and profession. Beyond visual storytelling through film, two interests have shaped my life most deeply: dance and spiritual/therapeutic practices. In 5Rhythms, I discovered a form that seamlessly weaves these passions into one living practice.
I have been practicing 5Rhythms for eight years and it has profoundly influenced my life. Through the rhythms I have learned to listen to my body, express with clarity, release what no longer serves, welcome playfulness, and find stillness. Again and again I witness how movement can transform.
In a fast and often chaotic world, I believe spaces like this are essential—places where we can move honestly and meet ourselves and each other as we are.
Come as you are. All bodies, backgrounds, identities, and abilities are welcome. I look forward to dancing with you.
